Static and dynamic calibrations performed to OEM procedure for forward cameras, radar and blind spot modules — mobile at your shop or in our bay.

How we do it

ADAS calibration is the process of restoring a camera, radar or sensor to the exact aim and reference the manufacturer specified, then confirming the module accepts it. It is not an alignment and it is not a code clear — a system can read as fault-free while aiming several degrees off.

We work from the published procedure for that exact year, make and model. That means the specified target, at the specified distance and height, on a level floor, with ride height, tire pressure, fuel level and thrust angle verified first. Dynamic procedures are driven at the specified speed on suitable road, not simulated.

Systems we calibrate include forward-facing cameras (lane departure warning, lane keep assist, automatic emergency braking), front and rear radar (adaptive cruise, cross-traffic alert), blind spot monitoring modules, and around-view / surround camera systems.

ADAS Calibrations — questions we get

Can you calibrate at my shop or does it have to be in a bay?
Many calibrations can be completed mobile at your shop. Static procedures that require a level floor, controlled lighting and exact target distances are done in our Garland bay — we'll tell you which one your vehicle needs before it's scheduled.
What can stop a calibration from completing?
Bad wheel alignment or thrust angle, incorrect ride height, wrong tire size, low fuel affecting attitude, a damaged bracket, a dirty or aftermarket windshield with the wrong optical properties, or an unrepaired fault in the module. These get identified and reported rather than forced through.
